The Hotel prides itself on the
diversity and superb quality of its
cuisine and comprehensive wine
selection.
The A La Carte menu has a wide
variety of dishes and there are
menus, each influenced by seasonal
produce throughout the year; for bar
lunch, high tea and suppers. All the
menus have mouth watering
vegetarian options to suit every
taste. Small portions of dishes are
also available at two thirds of the full
price. The Hotel is presently
participating in a healthy eating
scheme organised by the Health
Education Board for Scotland.
